Minister of Public Health, Volda Lawrence announced that starting this year, medical staff will be able to access free medical check-ups annually.

“In order to support our nurses and our healthcare providers in the last quarter of this year, we are going to dedicate a month and it will become a yearly feature, where all healthcare workers will be given the opportunity to have their full medical check-ups done,” Minister Lawrence explained.

She said that it is essential that the health status of those who deliver health services is guaranteed.
