Jamzone delegates pay courtesy call on President Ramotar

Georgetown, GINA, August 20, 2013

Accompanied by their Chaperone Meleesa Payne and Creative Director Clive Prowell, the Jamzone delegates today paid a courtesy call on President Donald Ramotar at the Office of the President.

The nine delegates are Ms Curacao Marvi Lawrence, Ms British Virgin Islands Kimberly Herbert, Ms St Lucia Consuelo Dupal, Ms Antigua Netsha Alie, Ms US Virgin Island Keya Canaii, Ms Trinidad and Tobago Breige Wilson, Ms St Kitts Zinga Imo, Ms Jamaica Christol Wilson and Ms Guyana Alicia Best.

They were also accompanied by last year’s winner, Jamaican Kerry Baylis.

The President wished all the delegates well and expressed his support for the local representative in the highly anticipated event which has become an annual fixture of the local events calendar.
