PM receives token of appreciation from OOCUR

Prime Minister Hon. Brigadier (ret’d) Mark Phillips, this morning, received a token of appreciation from the Executive Council of the Organisation of Caribbean Utility Regulators (OOCUR).

Prime Minister Phillips delivered the keynote address at the organisation’s 18th annual conference held from December 1-3.

The token was presented to the Prime Minister on behalf of OOCUR, by Commissioner of Guyana’s Public Utilities Commission (PUC), Ms Verlyn Klass.

Prime Minister Phillips said he was honoured to have received the token and was privileged to have been a part of the conference.

OOCUR is currently led by Chairperson of the Public Utilities Commission, Guyana, Ms Dela Britton.
