Spreading Christmas Cheer!
–Min. Henry treats 200 more children to Christmas Party

Hundreds of children on Sunday were treated to Christmas hospitality by Minister of Education Honourable Dr. Nicolette Henry.
The over 200 children hailed from the communities of East Ruimveldt, West Ruimveldt, and North East La Penitence. Held at the North Ruimveldt Secondary School, the activity brought joy to the children and parents alike.
Sharing light moments with several children, Minister Henry sang, danced and embraced the spirit of Christmas where she shared age-appropriate gifts to all the young children.
The Education Minister held a similar exercise on Saturday in her native Berbice where she catered for 600 children bringing the tally to over 800 children across the country.
Several Ministers of government have been sharing in the Christmas spirit over the last week with even more good cheer expected to stretch across the rest of the festive season.
