Samara Muttoo meets the PM!

Three-year-old Samara Muttoo got the thrill of her little life when Prime Minister Nagamootoo lifted her up during a visit to his residence today.

The Prime Minister, who underwent successful heart bypass surgery in New York in February, had been advised by his doctors not to do any lifting at all for several months but he just couldn’t resist when the cutie from Little Angels Play School, West Coast Berbice came into sight.  And he was rewarded with a big smile!

Since returning to Guyana less than a month ago the Prime Minister has been busy carrying out his executive duties and as Leader of Government Business in the National Assembly with efficiency and effectiveness.
