Impounding of stray animals’ waiver ends today

The Ministry of Public Security wishes to inform the general public and animal owners that the waiver on the impounding of stray animals has ended.

The impounding of stray animals will re-commence from tomorrow August 9, 2017. These impounding exercises will begin in all communities across Guyana.

The ministry continues its appeal to both cattle owners and all road-users to make every effort to ensure that our roads and communities are safe.
