GO-Invest site visit to Pegasus Corporate Suites
– as part of the President’s vision for 2000 hotel rooms by 2025
Chief Investment Officer and CEO of GO-Invest, Dr. Peter Ramsaroop accompanied by CEO of Pegasus, Mr. Robert Badal conducted a site visit to assess the progress made on the Pegasus Corporate Suites.
This massive expansion project comprises a modern 200-room state-of-the-art hotel complex with luxury accommodations. The hotel is expected to have exclusive amenities encompassing: restaurant fine dining, cocktail bar, gym, spa, and a convention centre. Mr. Badal said the US$100M Pegasus Hotel expansion is roughly 80% complete with all infrastructural works in place. Mr. Badal is confident that the entity “will hold its own” and be an inspiration for local investors to undertake such projects in Guyana.
