Press release – GPL Inc. Launches Prepaid Meter Whatsapp Service
The Guyana Power and Light Inc. (GPL) is pleased to inform all Prepaid Meter Customers that our Company has launched a Prepaid Meter Whatsapp Service to allow customers to Whatsapp their Prepaid Meter complaints or queries to our Company to facilitate quick responses to their issue.
GPL will be introducing its WhatsApp Service on Sunday, November 8, 2020 to provide a forum for Prepaid Meter Customers’ to register their Prepaid Meter complaints and queries.
The new feature will help our Company to initiate actions, respond promptly to those complaints and ultimately reduce potential prepaid meter downtime.
This service allows customers to submit their Prepaid Meter Complaints and queries with the Customer Information (i.e. meter number) to our WhatsApp Telephone Number 699-4882 and Our Agents will be available to assist you.
Customers are asked to follow TWO SIMPLE STEPS:
1. Add our WhatsApp number to your contact list
2. WhatsApp us your complaints or queries
It should be noted, that during the COVID-19 Pandemic, GPL has introduced a plethora of services catering to our valued customers; as GPL remains committed to meeting and exceeding customers’ needs.
