Launching of the Public Trust, Confidence and Satisfaction Survey, and the Guyana Police Force Job Satisfaction Survey
With the objective of improving the services provided by the Guyana Police Force, the Ministry of Home Affairs will be launching the Public Trust, Confidence and Satisfaction Survey, and the Guyana Police Force Job Satisfaction Survey, from December 13th ,2020, to January 2nd 2021.
The Public Trust, Confidence and Satisfaction survey, is intended to determine citizen’s satisfaction and confidence with policing services. It will also determine if citizens who have interacting with law enforcement officers within the last 12 months, were treated fairly and with dignity during their interactions. This survey will be made available on the Ministry’s and news agencies websites and social media platforms, and the public can access the form at midnight on the commencing date.
However, the purpose of the Guyana Police Force Job Satisfaction Survey, is to determine the level of performance, job satisfaction, leadership and communication of the Guyana Police Force. This survey will be made available to every member of the Guyana Police Force on the date of commencement.
All citizens are encouraged to fully participate in the Public Trust, Confidence and Satisfaction survey.
