Message of Condolence on the death of Mrs. Edith Chan-A-Sue

Prime Minister, Moses Nagamootoo expresses sympathies to First Lady Sandra Granger on the death of her mother, the late Edith Chan-A-Sue.
The Prime Minister, who is presently overseas, in an email to President David Granger, asked His Excellency to convey sympathies from his wife Sita and himself to the Chan-A-Sue family.
The Ministry of the Presidency, on June 5, 2019, announced the death of Edith Cecily Chan-A-Sue nee Pierre, the mother of the First Lady.
Ninety-four-year-old Chan-A-Sue, the release stated, died on the morning of June 5, at the St. Joseph’s Mercy Hospital.
