As Minister Garrido-Lowe continued her kite distribution exercise in the region, yesterday, parents brought their children from the satellite communities of Mora and Cabrora to receive their kites in time for the Easter Monday kite flying activities.

The Minister commended the children for sharing their knowledge about what the holiday represented and wished them an enjoyable Easter.

Residents of Cabrora noted that this is the second time in three months that the community has been visited by a Minister of the Government. Something that has never occurred since the village was established.
The residents thanked Minister Garrido-Lowe and the government for showing interest in their well-being.

Minister Garrido-Lowe assured them that the Coalition Government is indeed working to develop the community and promised that there will be more regular visits. The Minister also said there will be investments made in the village that will benefit the residents.
