On Sunday, the Prime Minister of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, Brig. (ret’d), Hon. Mark Phillips, conducted an on-site assessment of the Civil Defence Commission’s (CDC) Headquarters and storage facility. The Prime Minister was accompanied by the Director-General of the CDC, Lieutenant Colonel, Kester Craig.
