CAPAM participants get stately reception

Delegates of the 12th Biennial Commonwealth Association for Public Administration and Management (CAPAM) Conference were welcomed to the country with a reception at State House’s Baridi Benab.
Prime Minister Moses Nagamootoo, who is currently performing the functions of the President, encouraged the participants to tour Guyana during their time in the country.
This is the first time Guyana is hosting the conference which is being attended by members of the Commonwealth.
The three-day conference, themed ‘Transforming the Public Sector for Climate Governance’, is being held at the Marriott Hotel.
