Media Accreditation Form – Bulk Application
For bulk (more than 5) applications; Please fill out the form below and supply the full name, gender, nationality and designation for each applicant in a signed letter headed document from your organisation. The photographs are to be labelled with each applicant’s name and are to be sent as a separate archive file in .zip or .rar format.
Guidelines for photograph(s)
- Full colour
- 2 x 2 inches (51 x 51 mm) in size – minimum (800×800 pixels)
- Taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance
- Taken in front of a plain white or off-white background
- be a close-up of your full head and upper shoulders
- contain no other objects or people
- have your eyes open, visible and free from reflection or glare from glasses
- no hair in front of your eyes
- no head covering (unless it’s for religious or medical reasons)
- Taken in full-face view directly facing the camera
- Selfies, dark pictures, the use of filters, or other altering mechanisms on your pictures will cause it to be rejected and delay the processing of your application.
