Govt ministers host successful talks with GPSU

enhancement of Public Servants remuneration and allowances among topics discussed

Minister of Social Protection, Hon. Amna Ally, Minister of State, Hon. Dawn Hastings-Williams and Minister of Public Service, Hon. Tabitha Sarabo-Halley, on Thursday, engaged the Guyana Public Service Union (GPSU).

The meeting commenced promptly at 16:30hrs at the Ministry of Social Protection’s (MOSP) East and Lamaha Streets, Georgetown Office. It saw the ministerial team along with GPSU’s President, Patrick Yarde and Vice President Dawn Gardener, discussing among other things, the enhancing of Public Servants’ (PS) remuneration and allowances.

After the afternoon session, the ministers deemed the engagement as cordial and successful.
