LEN extends Business Centre

Finance Secretary, Dr Hector Butts, lauded the commitment of the Linden Enterprise Network (LEN) for driving economic viability in Region 10.
Today, LEN officially launched the extension of the Business Centre which now has 18 rooms to rent for commercial entities.
“It is testimony of management’s commitment to service more business. LEN stands as a functioning logistics company capable of providing all expected services and aspiring to do more in the interest of growing the Linden and Region 10 economy,” Butts said.
A total of $51Million was expanded in the extension of the building Chairman of LEN, Orrin Gordon said. He explained that $17Million was initially received last year with the remainder disbursed this year.
Vice President of the Linden Chambers of Industry, Commerce and Development (LCICD), Lyndon Younge, said the centre “is a right step in economic development for the region.”
LEN is a limited liability company that supports the creation and strengthening of viable and competitive enterprises in Region 10. This is done through a micro credit programme and other initiatives.
