ANUG goes into 2020 elections alone

―Despite reports of coalescing with FED-UP

A New and United Guyana, a new and upcoming party will be contesting the 2020 General and Regional Elections alone. This is according to the party’s presidential candidate former PPP/C executive and former Speaker of the National Assembly Ralph Ramkarran.

This is in light of reports circulating indicating that ANUG and the Federal United Party may be coalescing.

The Fed-Up Party which has its roots in Berbice is headed by former PPP/c candidate Chandra Sohan and former AFC candidate Ryan Crawford.

Ramkarran noted that since his party is going at it alone, ANUG will be contesting in seven of the ten regions excluding Regions 1, 8 and 9.

He confidently noted that he had managed to pull a considerable about of supporters from the two major political parties.
