Proof of Vaccination, ID required when visiting All NIS Offices

In keeping with No. 20 Gazette COVID-19 National Emergency Measures, the National Insurance Scheme will be implementing the following new measures for safe business operations:

1. All visitors to the National Insurance offices must provide proof of vaccination along with a valid form of identification (National ID/Driver’s License or Passport).

2. All unvaccinated persons must make an appointment by phone before visiting the scheme. Appointments can be made by calling the following numbers Head office 225-6853/225-6858, Camp Street office 225-6911 or by calling the NIS local office nearest to you.

3. All visitors shall wear a mask and subject themselves to temperature testing and relevant sanitization before entering the premises.

This mandate will be in effect at ALL NIS OFFICES across the country on August 16th, 2021.
